Please read these guidelines before booking a project.
To officially book a project slot, I issue a formal Commercial Proposal/Quotation via email. The client must reply confirming formal acceptance. The official delivery timeline begins only AFTER all three conditions are fulfilled:
Beyond the initial 40% advance, a second milestone payment of 30% is due immediately upon homepage layout approval. The final 30% balance is due upon final website completion, immediately prior to live deployment.
The pricing tiers represent development and engineering fees only. Domain names and web servers are billed separately. I can provide these for an additional cost, scaling with your preferred domain extension (.com, .in, .org) and server type. Clients are completely free to provide their own domain and server infrastructure.
For setups provided through me, domain and server hosting require annual renewal fees to remain live. These annual prices are subject to change based on standard market registry rates and server operational costs.
The included free maintenance period covers minor text adjustments, basic image replacements, and security patches. Major structural design updates, database changes, or new features outside the initial contract scope are billed separately.
Should a project require unique commercial plugins, proprietary software licenses, or paid third-party APIs outside the standard engineering toolkit, the client is responsible for funding those individual licenses.
